Emeril's is an American food brand owned by celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse. It includes a variety of foods, such as gourmet sauces, condiments and seasonings, kitchenware, cookbooks, and even Emeril’s own line of wines. The company was founded in 1998 when Lagasse began selling his signature seasonings at local supermarkets. He then expanded the product line to include sauces, marinades and other products.
