Chase and Sanborn Wholesale Offers

Chase and Sanborn was a coffee company founded in 1864 by Caleb Chase and James Sanborn. The company is best remembered for its coffee advertisements, which featured radio personalities such as Fred Allen, Jack Benny, Edgar Bergen, and Charlie McCarthy. The company also produced a variety of products including tea, spices, extracts, baking powder and more.

In the early 1900s Chase and Sanborn became one of the first companies to offer pre-ground coffee in cans. They sold their coffees throughout North America by way of grocery stores and supermarkets. The company's famous slogan "The Standard Coffee Of Quality" quickly gained popularity amongst customers.

Chase & Sanborn was acquired by Hills Brothers in 1968 but continued to operate under its own name until 1983 when it was fully merged into Hills Brothers and the brand eventually discontinued.
