Act II is an American snack food company owned by ConAgra Foods. Founded in 1978, Act II sells popcorn, microwaveable snacks, and other products. Their signature product is their microwavable butter popcorn, which was one of the first microwaveable snacks on the market. Today, Act II also offers a variety of flavors of popped popcorn including original butter, extra butter, movie theater butter and kettle corn. Additionally, they offer puffed corn snacks like Pirate's Booty and Smart Puffs as well as "Munch 'Ems", bite-sized cheese curls with a variety of flavoring options.

In addition to selling their own brand of snacks, Act II works with other companies to package and distribute their products under different labels including private label brands for grocery stores such as Walmart and Target.
